Certain clubs offer open bar or give free drink tickets

Some nightclubs offer an open bar and offer guests free drink tickets on nights that aren’t too busy. Most of these offers are for women, although there are other clubs that also distribute drink tickets to men. For example, when they go to Light Nightclub on a Wednesday, both men and women can get free drink tickets.

However, such benefits are only given to guests who enter the club as part of the guest list. They will not get drink tickets if they purchased a ticket.

Tao and Marquee are two of the few nightclubs that have open bars for women. Tao offers this on Thursdays, while Marquee does it on Mondays. However, guests must be at the club in advance as the open bars last only an hour or so. Another club that offers an open bar is Lavo Party Brunch.

Tipping doesn’t get them into the club faster

It is better to keep the money. This is not to give advice, but to debunk the old Las Vegas myth. According to an old Yelp forum, someone said that he gave the doorman a $20 bill to skip the line. Although it might have worked in the 1980s, things are different today.

There is not a single doorman who decides if a guest enters or not. There are 3 separate lines at each nightclub. One is for bottle service, one for guest list, and one for general admission. The bottle service line is for guests who check in when they have a table reservation. If a person is part of the guest list (free entry), they will be marked on the third line. Those in the general admission line will purchase a ticket.

People can’t tip to get in. They only have to pay a ticket to enter. The following is another helpful tip.

General admission is the best way to get into a club fast

Contrary to what others think, the general admission lines are usually the shortest among the 3 lines to enter a club. This is because most of the guests inside a Las Vegas nightclub are part of the guest list. Only a few people buy tickets these days, making this line extremely short.

Guests get expedited entry when they have bottle service, though they have to wait for a host to become available before they can be escorted inside. Those lining up for general admission can enter within 10 to 15 minutes, as long as it’s not as crowded. Sometimes it may only take 5 minutes.

Having said that, the guest list is still recommended over general admission. It is better to be patient and wait a bit to get on the guest list and get in for free.

Other restaurants allow guests to enter for free

There are restaurants that have an affiliation with a nightclub. Tao and Hakkasan nightclubs have restaurants with the same name. However, it may seem strange that they both offer Asian cuisine and, on some nights, let their patrons into the adjacent nightclubs for free.

The food in these places tastes good. So, in case the guests want to eat first before going to the club, they can consider Tao or Hakkasan. You can ask the sternest if they offer free admission that night. Also, they don’t need to line up.
