Here’s how to lose pounds and inches off your legs, butt, and hips. You can do this while AVOIDING the gym too. So it saves you a lot of time. Since these are the “big 3” problem areas for women, women will get a lot out of this article.

How to lose pounds and inches off your legs, buttocks, and hips

1. Incline walk targets all 3

Walking is boring. Yawning… let’s face it, it’s boring. Also, it doesn’t work as well if you’re looking for quick results. So put the walk aside and now let’s focus on the incline walk.

There is a big difference between the two exercises.

Leaning gait targets the legs, buttocks, and hips better. Not only that, it creates a huge oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn much of its own fat.

I suggest you find a treadmill, incline it 10 degrees, and start walking. 15 minutes is a great start, but try to go for 20 minutes. Eventually increase the incline to 15 degrees as well.

2. Stair step by step

Ok, you probably know a lot about this, but it’s basically like walking on a slope where you aim laser precision at all 3 problem areas.

The key to making this work well for you is to vary your intensity levels. Do intervals where it’s really hard and then after a hard interval, relax and do an easy interval.

This is called “HIIT”… short for High Intensity Interval Training. Intensity is the key to weight loss. You need some of that, even if it’s just for 15 seconds at a time.

And don’t worry, every 15 seconds of high intensity is followed by 30 seconds of low intensity.

I don’t want to overload you with too many exercises, so I’ll stop here. Just know that these 2 exercises alone will help you lose pounds and inches off your legs, buttocks, and hips.
