Coding is fun and easy! Taking on a complex subject like Java is not that difficult after all. You’ll want to pick up a book like Cracking the Coding Interview by Lisa Lopuck. Then memorize all the algorithms. This will include data structures, arrays, algorithms, linked lists, and more. For this I use the PAO technical pneumonic system. This system asks you to create a memory palace, like something you are familiar with, like your house you grew up in or a cool virtual castle in your mind. Create a person in your mind for each letter, like Arnold Schwarzenegger. The person performs an action, such as riding a motorcycle, and the motorcycle is the object. Slowly learn your PAO pneumonic system. I know it will. Then start reading each algorithm in a coding book. Memorize each algorithm with the PAO system. Remember to practice the algorithms on paper or on a whiteboard to save paper. Use a dry erase marker and eraser for this. Soon you will be a coding expert. If you get stuck, try wearing earplugs and a lawnmower or industrial-grade earmuffs at a rating of thirty. This will help you focus. Try closing your eyes or spray painting sunglasses and punch a hole in the middle so you can read what you’re looking at. This method also works for remembering any book, math, punctuation like periods and brackets, birthdays, phone numbers, and other useful information. When you can memorize information, you can manipulate it in your mind and it will make you an expert in your field. Use PAO to improve your career and your life. Learn to code or just memorize your favorite songs.

Some other things you’ll want to do are get some hands-on experience with your code. Implement it when you can. Make a list of the projects you want to do. It can be simply fixing a bug in Firefox, creating a program to check the rank of your website, a security program, and more. When you create your resume, make it one page and make a resume for a field you are an expert in. Put a section for ongoing projects. Also, when writing your skill level with a computer language, write expert, user level, or familiar. Remember to research which language to study before you study one. You will only need to perfectly memorize one language of your mind to make an amazing career and life out of it. Try writing in your field to keep yourself interested if you get bored.
