I weighed 267 pounds and was out of air when walking even short distances, eating about 4 times a day (large meals) not in moderation. It was hard for me to breathe when I leaned over to pick something up. He had to eat something sweet every day, he ate between meals, he was a night owl and ate after midnight and only slept 5 hours at night. 1. Desire to lose weight – If you say I want to lose weight and go eat McDonalds or eat donuts, that is not a wish. Desire means, change all eating habits, such as vegetables, salads, do not eat after 7:00 pm at night. You have to be determined and nothing will change your desire.

2. Have to be motivated– If you wake up in the morning and say, I think today I will skip my walk and do it tomorrow, you will say the same tomorrow. When you wake up, you should be eager to do your workout, regardless of whether it is a 15 minute or 1 hour workout. You must wait for your modified eating habits because you know the end result.

3. Stay constant– If you eat well and exercise one day, and skip the next day and eat cheesecake, you will lose what you did the day before and your motivation and desire will decrease. When setting up your plan, DO NOT change it. Stick to it!
