  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 kilo round beef steak, cut into thin strips

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 3/4 kg. Ground meat
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 red chilies, chopped
  • 1 3/4 cups chili beans
