The five elements of nature are often mentioned in many healing traditions, such as Ayurveda, Feng Shui, Wicca, and Chinese medicine. Gandhiji (Gandhi) affirmed the belief of him natural cures by air, water, earth and light. Dr. John Beaulieu’s tuning fork research has found that the Solar Harmonic tuning fork set works with all five elements.

Chinese medicine refers to the five elements as fire, water, earth, wood, and metal. Ayurveda refers to the elements such as air, water, earth, and ethers. The Solar Harmonic set is related to Ayurveda.

In his DVD, Five Elements: Theory and Assessment, Dr. Beaulieu teaches how to recognize the different elements in us and, more importantly, how to recognize the deficiency or excess of the elements. Once this is done, he can select a combination of tuning forks from the Solar Harmonic set to balance himself or the person he is working with.

The elements Ether, Fire, Earth, Water and Air represent a healing archetype. Fire represents morality, water represents the soul, earth represents the physical, and air represents the intellectual. If you are familiar with the chakra system, then earth is in the root area, water is in the sacrum area, fire is around the solar plexus, air is around the heart, and ether is around the head. throat.

We express ourselves through the elements and our expression of the elements is constantly changing. As Dr. Beaulieu explains,

“Each element is assigned a minimum to maximum range of intensity from 1 to 10. Level 1 is the least intense and level 10 is the most intense expression of an element. Our actions in normal reality must match the currents For example, going to the bank requires an element pattern of 8 Earth, 4 Water, 3 Fire, and 1 Air… Thanking the bank officer requires another change to 3 Earth, 5 Water, 4 Fire, and 2 Air. 2 Earth, 1 Water, 9 Fire and 7 Air.”

By understanding the elements, you can assess the energy type of the person you are working with and, using this assessment method, select a tuning fork protocol that can help bring that person into balance. For example, if you are working with someone who speaks very slowly and deliberately, you may be showing earth signs, while someone who is speaking very fast is showing air signs.

I’ll talk more about evaluating and using tuning forks when working with specific elements in the next post.
