States Have Online Sports Betting

Ultimately, this gave Nevada a monopoly on online sports betting. But PASPA was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2018 and sports betting has become legal in at least 32 states.

While the federal government bans online gambling, states are slowly implementing legislation.
