All of us in the Internet marketing community face the same problem. How to quickly and efficiently get great images for your sites without copyright infringement.

Very few of us are very clear about the rules and legalities of image copying. In reality, most of the people who produce a website simply search for images from Google, download an image, and use it on their site without properly attributing it to the source and owner.

There is a better way. Using a fantastic free tool, you can always find great images, quickly and easily incorporate them into your site’s posts or pages, and relax knowing that the attribution process has been handled for you.

The tool I use for this, which saves me many hours and problems, is PhotoDropper. Available on the PhotoDropper website, this plugin for wordpress sites provides an excellent search engine for images available to use legally, handles the import to your media gallery, and then inserts the correct link to your source, making sure you have complied with your obligations. Internet marketing has never been easier.

Adding images to your site is a must; With this tool you can do it quickly, simply and effectively, while respecting the copyright of Flickr Creative Commons photos.

To use the PhotoDropper tool, simply download it from the site provided. Once downloaded, head over to the plugins section of your wordpress site. Add a new plugin and upload the downloaded Photodropper zip file.

Once loaded, select activate and you’re good to go.

When you create a post or page now, right next to the usual upload image icon, you will see a small brightly colored icon that, if you hover over it, will display a “Find the right photo with PhotoDropper” tooltip.

If you select this, you will be taken to a search box: enter the search term for the image you need on your site and you will be provided with hundreds of potential images, all of which are free to use under the terms of the creative commons license. .

Once you select an image, you can choose the “insert to post” option on the left side. This will then upload the chosen image to your media library, it can be inserted into your post or page and at the bottom of the relevant post or page there will be an attribution (a link to the creator’s image on Flickr).

Through two clicks, you will have the image you need, it will be legal to use it, and the owner of the image will receive the correct link to their image, a win for everyone.

I highly recommend that all WordPress site owners install this great plugin on their sites and take advantage of the large number of free legal images available legally.
