This article is dedicated to the six foreclosure law firms that were “appointed “Substitute Foreclosure Trustees” by fictitious lenders to fraudulently foreclose on thousands of families in Jackson County, Missouri each year, creating displaced refugee families in numbers that rival the problems of refugees anywhere in the world.

There have actually been over 30 million criminal foreclosures in the US since 1999. There are about 3 people per family, which equates to 90 million US refugees who have been ripped from their homes by the stupidest Ponzi scheme but successful of all time. . Every wrongful and illegal foreclosure was seen and ignored by Congress, the Department of Justice and, especially and shamefully, by the entire US court system.

The trustee in a foreclosure is supposed to play the role of a neutral party who holds the loan documents “in trust” until the loan is paid off or a problem develops. In theory, you keep this paperwork to the end and it should not be replaced by either party unless you are dead, incapacitated, or unable to comply with the requirements of the trust deed.

But, the law allows a complete stranger to the contract to be substituted for the original trustee without notice or argument. What kind of law firm would a fraudulent lender get to forcibly replace the intended trustee?

Well, there’s no one watching and no judge checking them out. They get the companies that will lie through their teeth regardless of the danger.

In Jackson County, about 81% of the thousands of individual trustees of mortgage loan documents are replaced by just ten successor trustees. The same successor patrons from 2010 to the present day.
